| Friday Night Lessons |
 The club is running a Beginners/Foundation Course on Friday Nights.
Existing Members are welcome to attend individual sessions on an ad hoc basis to refresh their knowledge on particular aspects of the game.

 The club is running a series of 2 hour 'Improver/Advancer Seminars'
on Thursday mornings.
Start time is 10.00am finishing 12.30pm at the latest.

| Hosted Sessions |
The following sessions are now usually hosted so any Member can turn up without a partner and be sure of a game. Please arrive early if you do not have a partner.
Wednesday Night. Please Arrive by 6:50pm.
Please Check the website calandar entry to confirm that the session is hosted.
Friday Afternoon. Please Arrive by 12:50pm.
No Partner Required for Members at any Hosted Session

| Tuesday Night Assisted Session - Improve You Bridge |
An Assisted Play session is being run every Tuesday evening. Session start time is 7.00pm
This session is open to all and is a great opportunity to meet and integrate with our new members.
The number of boards played will gradually increase over the coming weeks as our new members get up to speed.
Once a month there will be an hour long lesson starting at 6.45pm before the start of play. All members are welcome to attend.

| SCBC Competitions 2024 |
 Your committee has decided to run three competitions during 2024.
The SCBC Masterpoint Cup
This is an annual competition and all competitive sessions count. The winners are simply those with the most Masterpoints won. Results will be stratified based on NGS Grade as at 1 January 2024.

The Woosnam Cup
Every Thursday Night session will be a qualifying session for the Woosnam Cup.
The Charlesworth Cup
Every Friday Afternoon session will qualify for the Charlesworth Cup.

| SCBC Teams League |
We are hoping to start an internal Teams League just for the club with the aim of improving the standard of play generally within the club. It is hoped that members of all ablities will support this initiative. Participating pairs will be allocated to Teams by the League Coordinator using combined NGS. The intention is that our more experienced and better players can help to improve the game of our less experienced. To register your interest please put your name on the list at the club or complete the form below.

| Tuesday Afternoon U3A Session at SCBC |
 Sutton Coldfield U3A Relaxed Playing Session every Tuesday Afternoon.
Please arrive by 12.50pm for a 1.00pm start.
The is a U3A session at which SCBC members are also welcome to play.
Beginners are welcome provided they can play the game. We will try to arrange partners for anyone turning up on their own but this cannot be guaranteed.
Normal £3.00 table money for all U3A and SCBC Members.

| Sunday Night Hand Review Session |
 The club is now running a 'Hand Review/Discussion' session between 7pm - 9pm to which all members are welcome. Table Money of £2.00 will apply.
Difficult hands played during the previous week, focusing predominently on those played on Wednesday Night, will be reviewed.
The session will involve playing hands and then discussing important aspects of bidding and play that arise.
Participants may also nominate hands for discussion.
